During University first year of University Project, KhISR carried out quizzes mass poll of University typical public quizzes poll of University target group and specialists. On University whole, 2,400 questionnaires 2,009 usual public, 132 experts physicians, lawyers, judges, 73 police officials, 186 individuals, who had undergone University system of pre trial investigation as suspects or accused were accrued and analyzed. During University second year of University Project, University research endeavor focused on quizzes deeper study of causes and prerequisites contributing exam lifestyles of torture and vicious treatment in University follow of law enforcement agencies. To meet this task, qualitative sociological methods were used, in certain focus groups and semi formalised interviews. Overall University KhISRand146s team has carried out 10 focus groups, adding 5 focus groups with law enforcement officials operatives, investigators, district officers, instructors of University National University of Interior, 1 focus group with journalists, 1 focus group with aids exam deputies legislators of a variety of levels, 1 focus group with judges; 1 focus group with human rights activists; and 33 interviews, adding: 13 interviews with torture sufferers Donetsk, 10 interviews with torture victims Sevastopol, 8 interviews with torture sufferers Kharkiv, 1 interview with quizzes torture victim Ivano Frankivsk, 1 interview with quizzes journalist. On University basis of University data received using quantitative strategies and qualitative methods, University team prepared quizzes clinical monograph which, in fact, is an outcomes of University first full scale research of University phenomenon of unlawful coercion in University Ukrainian law enforcement businesses.
